After assembly, the quality checking team will do visual checking, dimension checking, hydraulic testing and air testing. Every order must pass the test per inspection standards. Otherwise our quality checking team will not release the shipment. Inspection Reports Documents can be used to prove how we control valve quality. Along with every order, Dervos will provide clients with an inspection report & a 3.1 mill test report for free.
